I've recently subscribed to the paid version of KOYFIN, primarily to monitor the Indian markets, as I'm based in New Delhi, India. Until yesterday, everything seemed to function seamlessly, with real-time benchmark indices and stock prices for both Indian and US equities being updated as expected. However, today, I've encountered an issue where the real-time updates for the Indian markets are not functioning properly. The benchmark indices and stock prices for Indian indices are not blinking or updating in real-time, a stark contrast to the service provided for US securities, which remains unaffected and continues to update in real-time.

This sudden lack of real-time data for Indian markets is concerning, as the primary reason for my subscription was to access up-to-date information on the Indian equities market. If KOYFIN does not support real-time updates for Indian markets, it significantly diminishes the value of the service for me.

I'm reaching out for clarification on this matter: Does KOYFIN provide real-time price updates for Indian markets? If so, could the current issue be a temporary glitch, or is there some other explanation? Your prompt response will greatly influence my decision to continue my subscription, as platforms like TradingView seem to offer more consistent real-time data for the markets I'm interested in.
