CSV Upload is not working for My Portfolio

I have tried uploading the CSV files from two different financial institutions and even tried to have ChatGPT format them to Koyfin's parameters but still receiving error messages. I see I can upload a PDF, however the PDF's I have are from 4/30/26 and are outdated. I asked about pausing my 7 day trial and restarting when I have the latest PDFs on 5/31/26 - which I understand I cannot.
I am interested in the Pro Plan, but not willing to commit to the annual cost without being certain the Koyfin plan is a fit for me. Is there a way I can link my accounts so they feed in or do I need to update every time a stock is bought or sold?

Hi Brendan, i would suggest reaching out to help@koyfin.com with this query. AS this is a public community forum, sharing potentially sensitive CSVs like this is better for our custom success desk. If you share those CSVs we can investigate the issue.
They will be able to help you with your other questions too.
