i'm building custom dashboards and i want to figure out the ability for a multi-security view, that when i click to add additional securities from my watchlist, it will add them with their own unique color. see below for an example of how i want it to look. at current, it only adds each security in the same default primary color of blue and it degrades my ability to analyze the charts.

When I create a dashboard with a chart template the new dashboard changes the colours of the lines. In this case all of the lines turned to purple. They were originally white, red, blue etc...

Hey Robin, can you share a screenshot of the issue you are facing? Are you saying that when using this chart template, all the bars for each additional company are the same color?

Conor MacNeil - i've included 2 screenshots:
the first - shows how i've built my chart template. i want to show on the top panel quarterly returns, and on the bottom panel annual returns. in bar format. each successive investment i add uses a unique color for each statistic, so it gets crazy quickly.
the second - shows how this template loads into the dashboard. here, all positions load in the same default/primary blue. the annualized return chart doesnt have this same issue so it seems to help diagnose that its an issue with either multi-panels or in my template, or the bar-chart style
thanks for your help
