Every few weeks, all my favorite menus disappear and I have to set them up again from scratch.

Hi Alex, thanks for reporting this! We're looking into it. 
Just a couple of quick questions that might help us narrow it down: 
have you ever used Profile → Reset Settings? Also, do you normally access Koyfin from different devices or platforms (desktop, laptop, iPad, etc.)?

Also, do you normally access Koyfin from different devices or platforms (desktop, laptop, iPad, etc.)?
=> I connect some time to time through mobile on the browser to access last news from email (not the app because missing in it)
