I am a current subscriber, but I’m running into a persistent issue with "ghost" alerts. Before I signed up for my current subscription, I created and deleted a few test accounts. During that testing phase, I set up several alerts for UBER.
Even though I deleted those previous accounts, I am still receiving daily alert notifications for $UBER to my email address. Since the accounts no longer exist (but are linked to the same email address), I am unable to manually disable or delete them.
Could you please manually clear all active alerts associated with my account email for the ticker UBER? (I created a support ticket a few days ago, but so far no answer).
