Hi,
My default screen for a quick initial analysis of stocks, which I had set up with graphs for a number of pre-set parameters and which I have been using pretty much every single day for months without any issues, has suddenly gone completely haywire with all kinds of random stuff appearing on the screen. All earlier settings appears to be lost.
It was working fine till yesterday. Have any changes been made to your software overnight to mess this up, and what can be done to restore back the earlier display defaults I had set up for this screen ?

This is what I still see today. Doesn't sound like it is anywhere near resolved as this is exactly the same status as when I first reported this. Why is the status changed to "Complete" ?

issues after the recent update

Hi,
I’ve noticed a few issues after the recent update:
The chart scale seems to be incorrect — when selecting “ALL,” it looks like it’s always taking data starting from the year 1900.
When opening a new chart or screen in a new tab, it always loads in light mode, even if the dark theme is selected. This is quite uncomfortable.
Could you please check these issues?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Carlos,
We are aware of the ALL chart period scale issue, i'll add you to that ticket.
Will have our QA team examine the dark mode issue.

PER NTM charts are not working fine

In some stocks as comcast the PER NTM chart is showing wrong data with super high levels. Also statistical bands -1 std dev PE is below the minimun PE wich doest not make sense
Conor MacNeil
Hey Ale, can you refresh the screen or try recreate this template from scratch? We are not able to reproduce the issue.

Conor MacNeil It happens when you select ALL data
Conor MacNeil
Salmon Mandrill: Gotcha, we have a fix for this coming.

Conor MacNeilI think it is something related with ALL data... also in some cases when you select ALL, the chart starts in 1900 and all data is compressed.
Conor MacNeil
Salmon Mandrill It's related to data series with no data. This doesn't happen if you have a single metric with data and press all.
If you present multiple metrics, and some have no or partial data, it doesn't respect the appropriate start date.
We are working on this.
