Incorrect Live Pricing & Percentage Change Data

This has been going on for some time now. A few examples below:
- EEM showing a decline of -1.8% on the day while actually being down -0.42%
- Same for EFA: -1.95% vs. actual -0.16%
- Incorrect pricing for both IVV & SPX. For instance, on a given day, IVV might be showing -0.10% while SPX is showing +0.10% and the index is actual flat. This has been persistent. One too high, one too low while correct daily change usually lies roughly in the middle.

Please investigate. You can use the current day's pricing to easily see. The live pricing at the index level (maybe others) is simply off and has been since yesterday. It just started happening and is not a time lag issue. Today for example, the DOW has reflected being down 20-30 points for the last hour while it has actually flucuated between 100 - 200 down for the last hour. Again, I look at Koyfin all day for the most part and this issue began yesterday.

I want to second what this user is saying. I noticed this for the first time yesterday but the live pricing at the index level (maybe more) is simply off. Not a matter of time lag it is just wrong. The SPX for example was off by 20 points all day yesterday/today w the DOW off by about 100 points.

Hi! Thanks for writing in . EEM is showing a decline of -1.9% today. Based on the latest data, today’s price is 53.00 USD and yesterday’s close was 54.08 USD, which results in a daily change of approximately -2.0%.
