Market Data Doesn't Load

Recently I have found that market data doesn't load. Performance is fine during market hours but late in the afternoon, this seems to be a problem. The "loading market data" spinner spins for 60 seconds and then the sorry message (see attached) is displayed. Sometimes the data does begin to load, but slowly loads the chart data in pieces -- reminiscent of the dial-up modem days. Are servers being throttled down during this time of day?

More to add to my comment above. I just got a chart to load but when I tried to shift it to the left, I got the Sorry message. This problem occurs on both Chrome and Safari. I've cleared my cache and restarted my browsers -- doesn't seem to matter.
