United States 10Y TIPS Yield and Chile Government Bond 10y for instance show the rates from October of last year. While the same old rates are shown from a watchlist view and in a quotebox, a more recent data shows up when opened in a graph.

By the way, if you go to Market Dashboard > Global Yields there's similar problem for many bond yields. 
Brazil, Germany 1Y, South Korea 1Y, South Africa 2Y, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Kenya, Latvia, Lithuania, Nigeria, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Taiwan, Turkey, Venezuela, and Vietnam all show correct yields only on a chart but old yields from a watchlist view and quotebox
