Appreciate the patience on this one, but this was a wider issue than just this single ticker so we spent extra time resolving that.

Update on why this is taking so long, it appears this security flagged in our system and was not creating due to some of the underlying attributes it has. In plain language, our system did not create it because it has certain criteria we historically defined as not being valid for creation.
We are re-evaluating if this condition is neccessary and aim to have this ticker included in the system shortly.
This will benefit this single ticker, but potentially hundreds of others going forward on a yearly basis.
