Can you please explain a bit more about what the problem is and how you’d like it to appear instead?

Hi Maria. It happened again today 3 times out of dozens of inquiries. When the chart is initially painted, the chart looks normal. But then (within a fraction of a second) the chart is repainted and the candles look skinny and the colors look washed out. I've attached the same chart as above so you can compare the difference -- it painted properly today (so the issue isn't constrained to certain tickers).

We tried to reproduce the issue but couldn’t replicate it. We will keep investigating to find the cause.

Maria Karpenko I have a video that I took today showing the issue. When I tried to attach the file with this reply, I got a "Failed to upload file" message. The file is 7.4 MB and is a .mov file.
