Dear Koyfin Client Service,
I would like to report a bug and suggest an improvement in the ticker search and data loading experience.
When I click on the search bar, select a ticker, and navigate to the Fundamental Ratios pages (included the customized pages I created), the page finishes loading but for a few seconds it still shows incorrect data — either numbers from the previously viewed stock or blank fields — before updating to the correct figures for the newly selected ticker.
This can be confusing because, immediately after the loading time, the data displayed is temporarily inaccurate.
Issue summary:
  1. Search for a ticker (I use Chrome browser)
  2. Open the Fundamental Ratios page
  3. After loading, the page briefly shows stale data from the previous stock or blank data
  4. Only after a few seconds does it update to the correct values
Expected behavior:
Once loading is complete, the page should display only the correct data for the selected ticker immediately, without showing previous-stock data or blank placeholders.
Suggested improvement:
Please prevent stale data from being displayed after the page loads. It would be better to show a loading state until the correct values are fully available
