The current preset Total Return columns are very helpful—thank you for that. However, it would be a great improvement to allow users to define custom date ranges for columns that rely on calendar-based data—especially for Total Return and Price Return.

There are two common use cases where this functionality becomes essential:

1. Recent performance analysis — for example, reviewing the previous calendar month’s return (e.g., March 1–31), which differs from a rolling 1-month return.

2. Comparing instruments with different inception dates — to enable fair comparison, returns must be normalized across a specific, identical time frame, such as “since January 1” or “from July 1 of last year to the current month-end.”

This feature could be implemented in a flexible way:

Either by allowing users to set a custom date range when creating a performance-related column (e.g., Total Return or Price Return).

Or by enabling a date selector directly on columns that use calendar-based metrics—so each column can have its own custom period.

For example I would like to display the ROE (or any other data/ratio ) of a list of stocks over a 5 year period. Previous 3 years, current fiscal year and next year. currently this is partially available in the Financial analyst screen but not for multiple securities.

Would love the ability to screen for percentile rank of earnings and revenue growth vs industry and sector peers.

I have a Watchlist for economic data, and I would like to see recent trends in the WL. I can see Last Price and Price YTD ago, which I assume to be the last December 31st. But is there a way to see two months ago and three months ago in the Watchlist? Or one quarter ago and two quarters ago?

There should be an option in the stock screen to filter by change in percentage greater than, less than for QoQ in revenue, eps etc

Hello, is it possible to perform a search to find companies that match a custom query/search? For example, would it be possible for me to search something like "Revenue growth YoY > 20%, Price to earnings < 20" and get back a list of companies that match those parameters?

Add a view to compare quarter to the previous year quarter (example 2020 Q4 to 2019 Q4) instead of only being able to compare Quarter to previous Quarter. Same thing with a Year over Year view.

It would be nice to have the ability to see trending for different metrics like CFO/sh, gross margin, etc. on a dashboard. Putting months across the top and fundamental analysis metrics down the side (y axis) instead of all the tickers you would view one company.

Hello, is it possible to present quarterly EPS and Rev data and yoy% growth data in tabular form as they do (very handily) on IBD MarketSmith? If not, please can you offer a place where it is presented like that. Then I can ditch my IBD sub! Thank you for an excellent site :)
