Seeing the absolute level of ownership or exposure for holders is helpful, but the real signal is in the transaction data. Are owners buying or selling and how much? Being able to see these stats over different trailing time periods would be helpful. An added bonus would be able to see charts of this as well, whether in a sparkline or separate chart.

Is there a section that allows me to screen for insider buying? I thought it showed on the overview screen or description but I dont see it.

Plenty of research showing the benefits of tracking the buying and selling of stock by directors of companies. This would be a great feature addition to Koyfin.

Is it possible to see top insider trading for individual stocks in Koyfin or are there any plans too add this feature? Wouldnt mind paying a little bit extra for this add on.

Ability to see average buy-in price for largest shareholders

Hello, I noticed in the case of GBLI (Global Indemnity) and other similar companies that have multiple classes of shares and / or major insider shareholdings (where the insiders file Forms 3/4, but not Schedule 13D/F/Gs). In this case, you only show the non-insider holders of the company’s class A - you don’t seem to include the Class A shares owned by insiders, nor do you show the Class B shareholders (Fox Paine is the insider entity that owns many of the class A and all of the class B shares). This gives a misleading picture of the company’s ownership if someone doesn’t have any other information.

If you don’t have a section elsewhere that talks about a company having multiple share classes and what those classes’ respective voting rights and economic ownership stakes are, I would suggest that you do so (I haven’t seen that function, but maybe I missed it). Thanks and Kind Regards, Chris

Add a function that tracks insider buying and selling. Show detail whether it was a planned sale (10b5-1 plan) or not. BAMSEC does this

Is there a way to see how much insiders own? I can't see it in the ownership tab, but maybe I am missing something.
