I'm hoping Koyfin can have a FastGraphs like UI to easily spin up standard graphs https://fastgraphs.com/fast-graphs-overview/

I want to save a graph that maintain a ticker blocked, whatever you insert in the security selection window. I followed the instructions provided by AI help, but they don't work (they suggest to save the graph as a template).
Conor MacNeil
Hi Paolo, can you provide an example of what you are trying to do?
The primary ticker in a chart can't be saved at the moment. We are going to work on a new chart type that supports this, in the future.

nested graph templates

when you have a lot of templates which could be grouped into different themes it would be nice to have them nested under sub themes so you don't have to scroll through all templates to get to what you need

When you create a template in a graph and share it, there is a <copy link> option. This link will take you back to Graphs and create an unsaved template to show the contents of the graph.
It seems more convenient to load an already created template, so why create an unsaved template?

Organize Templates - maybe folders

Hi - I have dozens of templates - is there a way to organize in folders or someting so I can group like-themed templates together for speedier access - if not, please consider for future enhancement - thx

Understood.
On a side note, as an individual investor, it would be nice to be able to go back to the templates I created, because templates need to be updated according to the situation, and it's hard to do that now, especially when there are dozens of templates.

Secure Pike: Hey Jason, can you elaborate a little here?
Technically/literally, it is possible to "go back" to a chart template and make changes to it. You open the template, you make changes, and save it.
However, I am assuming you mean that when there are a lot of templates, it becomes harder to manage them all from within the chart templates list.
What would you prefer? A filing system? Being able to update the templates via the dashboard? Any context would be helpful as we are looking at improving templates in the platform.

Conor MacNeil I would like a filing system...like a Saved Charts tab

That's not an easy problem to solve.
Right now, if you expand a template in your dashboard and go into graph mode, it becomes an unsaved template. I think this is a problem because if you're looking at a dashboard and you want to make some edits, it's a natural flow to go to the existing template.
Conor MacNeil
Secure Pike I think it might be a more natural flow if charts in reports were not tethered to templates. Meaning you can edit them in the dasboard.
Thoughts?
Conor MacNeil
Hi Jason, when you copy the URL of a chart and send it to someone, they will be able to save that chart template as a template in their own system. That is the purpose of the copy URL function.
