WEI: Add TOPIX and NIFTY

There are two indices in Asia which could be better represented by a broader, more relevant index in the WEI screen
JAPAN: Nikkei 225 (225 stocks)→ replace with TOPIX (1500 stocks)
INDIA: BSE Sensex (30 stocks) → replace with Nifty (50 stocks)
Please would you consider adding/replacing for these two markets?

Subbed in the NIFTY 50.

I believe this is because we don't have great index coverage today, and have historically used ETFs to proxy indices.
We do have the Nifty 50 index, but not the topic 1,500.
