Better titles for non-earnings call transacripts

Can you please use more descriptive titles for non-earnings call transcripts for NOW? "Special calls" usually connote M&A, strategic review, and many of these are mixed up with topical calls hosted by the sales team. Makes it hard to digest when there are too many events labelled as "Special calls".. creates too much noise. Thanks.

Subsequent Cattle: These are effectivley sales calls / webinars. Because NOW is a sales-led business it's quite common for them to host a lot of sales-led calls with buyers to highlight new features. 
I gather that for conferences, the titles are stronger, for example "ServiceNow, Inc. presents at Barclays 23rd Annual Global Technology Conference". 
However, these are the titles passed through to us from the vendor. I can approach them and inquire about improving these, but this isn't something we are likely to change. It would come fro upstream.

Can you share a few examples of Special Calls you feel are incorrectly labelled? We can chase it up with our transcript vendor.
